Instructor: Fred wilchek
Fred Wilchek (guitar) has been a faculty member at the Washington Conservatory since 1996. He is the former head of the guitar department at Virginia Commonwealth University and former instructor at Anne Arundel Community College, the Community College of Baltimore, Bowie State College and at the Silver Spring Nursery School. He received an M.M.degree in guitar from Peabody Conservatory and B.M., from American University and completed additional studies in music education and trumpet at Ohio State University.
